Ingredients 

Snack Mix

  • 2 cups Chex cereal
  • 2 cups plain pub mix or bagel chips
  • 1 cup Goldfish crackers
  • 1 cup thin pretzels
  • 1 cup mini Club crackers

Seasoning Mix

  • 3 tablespoons cheese powder
  • 3 teaspoons dry mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250°F.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Chex cereal, pub mix, Goldfish crackers, pretzels, and Club crackers.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the cheese powder, mustard powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, honey, and melted butter until smooth.
  • Drizzle the seasoning mixture over the cereal mixture.
  • Toss thoroughly until every piece is evenly coated.
  • Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven when lightly golden and fragrant.
  • Allow the snack mix to cool completely on the baking sheet.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and enjoy.
