Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1/4 c. Fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. Fresh chives
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine mayonnaise, miso paste, lemon juice, vinegar, and garlic in a blender or food processor.
  • Add herbs and blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust salt, pepper, or acidity as needed.
  • Chill at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
