Ingredients 

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 –2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon syrup or a pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1-2 large scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Shaved chocolate milk, dark, semi-sweet all work
  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • Add a large scoop of vanilla ice cream to a small bowl or glass (chill the bowl beforehand if possible).
  • Drizzle the ice cream with maple syrup and cinnamon syrup (or sprinkle with ground cinnamon).
  • Slowly pour the hot espresso over the ice cream.
  • Garnish with freshly shaved chocolate and a like sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
  • Enjoy immediately.
