Ingredients

Chex Mix Base

  • 3 tbsp salted butter or unsalted with 1/2 tsp salt added
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup Nutella
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups plain corn Chex
  • 1 cup mini pretzels

Powdered Sugar Mixes (divide into 2 bowls/baggies)—

Bowl/baggy 1:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Bowl/baggy 2:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup mini dried marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

  • In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter. Add mini marshmallows and stir until mostly melted. Add chocolate chips, remove from heat, and keep stirring until smooth. Mix in Nutella and salt.
  • Immediately add the Chex and mini pretzels to the pot and gently fold until fully coated.

Divide & Shake:

  • Divide the mixture in half. Place each half into a separate large bag or bowl.
  • Coat one half in the powdered sugar and cocoa powder mixture. Toss or shake until evenly coated.
  • Coat the second half in the powdered sugar, mini dried marshmallows, and cinnamon mixture.
Toss or shake until evenly coated.
  • Let sit for a few minutes to set, toss both halves together, then enjoy!
