  • 1/4 tsp Beet powder for pink/red

Speckle Finish

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Make the eggs

  • Add Golden Oreos to a food processor, briefly pulse to break up the oreos a little.
  • Then add the salt and softened cream cheese and blend until smooth and fully combined.
  • Scoop mixture and form into egg shapes. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze for 15–20 minutes until firm (or place in the refrigerator overnight).
  • Melt white chocolate and stir in coconut oil until smooth.

Color the Chocolate (Optional)

  • Divide chocolate into bowls and mix in powders to desired shades.

Dip the Eggs

  • Dip chilled eggs into chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place back on lined tray.

  • Mix cocoa powder with water. Flick lightly over eggs using a brush or spoon.
