Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp shallot minced
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Pinch smoked paprika optional
  • ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 3 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and fully combined.
  • Taste and adjust salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed.
  • Transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve chilled as a dip, spread, or sauce.
