Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
Add the ground beef, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to a large bowl. Gently mix until the seasonings are evenly distributed. Don't overwork the beef.
Press the seasoned beef evenly into the prepared 9x13-inch pan, making sure it reaches all four corners.
Bake for about 18–20 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through. Carefully drain any excess grease from the pan.
While the beef cooks, slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected if possible. Place the bottom half of the rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Spread about half of the Maple Bacon Jam evenly over the bottom rolls. Top with the cheddar slices.
Carefully place the cooked and drained beef slab over the cheese. Top with the shredded Gruyère, followed by the drained pickled red onions and remaining bacon jam.
Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and place the sliders back in the oven for about 5 minutes to slightly melt the cheese.
Remove the sliders from the oven and place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
Brush the sliders with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with the mix of dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, and poppy seeds.
Return to the oven and bake for another 3–5 minutes, or until the tops of the rolls are golden.
Let the sliders cool for a couple of minutes, then cut into 12 individual sliders. Serve warm.
