Why you’ll love this recipe!

  • Balanced Flavors
  • Creamy and smooth
  • Easy to Make
  • Customizable and Versatile
  • Naturally sweetened
  • Refreshing, yet cozy
  • Beautiful layers, looks so pretty!

What ingredients do I need?

  • Freshly Brewed Double Espresso – strong, smooth, and full-bodied, the espresso base adds bold coffee flavor that perfectly balances the sweetness.
  • Maple Syrup – pure maple syrup adds natural sweetness with rich, caramel-like depth and cozy fall flavor.
  • Flaky Sea Salt – just a pinch enhances the maple and coffee notes while adding that irresistible sweet-salty contrast.
  • Cinnamon – a warm, aromatic touch that ties everything together and gives a subtle spiced finish.
  • Unsweetened Pistachio Milk – frothed until light and creamy, it brings a delicate nutty flavor and silky texture to the latte.

Recipe Variations

  • Serve it HOT! Skip the ice and warm the pistachio milk before frothing for a cozy hot latte with the same salted maple flavor.
  • Add an extra drizzle of maple syrup on top for a touch more sweetness.
  • Stir in ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract, or vanilla bean paste, for an added layer of warmth and aroma.
  • Use any other type of milk you’d like. Regular milk, almond milk, cashew milk, etc. The possibilities are endless!
  • Use honey instead of maple syrup!
  • Play with the spices. Use little pumpkin pie spice, chai spice, nutmeg, cardamon, etc.

Pro Tips

  • Use a hand held milk frother like this one: https://amzn.to/4qfmk91
  • Make sure the glass you are frothing in has room for the milk to expand, otherwise you will have a mess!

Leftovers and Storage

  • There are no leftovers. You will drink this so fast!
